Why Four Sessions Over Six Weeks?

Between sessions, participants are encouraged to:

Frequently Asked Questions

Will sessions be recorded?
No - sessions will not be recorded. We believe in creating a safe, open space for discussion, coaching, and practice. This is part of what makes Manager Up so effective.

What if I miss a session?
We understand things come up. If you miss a session, you’ll be invited to attend that session with a future cohort at no extra cost.

Do I get a certificate?
Yes! Upon completing all four sessions, you’ll receive a certificate of completion you can share with your employer or on LinkedIn.

How do I access the CliftonStrengths assessment?
After you register, you’ll receive an email with a link to take the CliftonStrengths 34 assessment, along with instructions for your one-on-one coaching session.

Is this only for new managers?
Not at all. While Manager Up is perfect for new managers or high-potential employees, it's also a powerful refresher for experienced managers looking to modernize their leadership approach and grow their impact.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Need to cancel? Here’s how it works:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the program start date will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to a future cohort of Manager Up at no additional cost.

  • If you do not attend and have not made arrangements in advance, your registration will be forfeited.
